Michael Lynn is an ecological designer, educator, and co-founder of The Bitcoin Stewardship Initiative. For over a decade, he has planned, designed, and implemented ecological projects on five continents, ranging from large-scale watershed restoration and agricultural systems to community-based ecological design. In the Chesapeake Bay region, he has contributed to stormwater management, green infrastructure, ecological restoration, and living shoreline projects, combining practical, on-the-ground expertise with academic study and specialized certifications.
Through his design firm, Eastern Ecosystems, and as part of United Designers International, Michael has collaborated on regenerative agriculture, agroforestry, and restoration initiatives worldwide.
